We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition based on the order placed.
We request our customers to make an unpacking video when they unbox the package right from the beginning ie removing the tapes and cutting open the box and share with us. In case there are any damage it will be easy for us to share the videos with our delivery partners to ensure safer deliveries. Please note sending videos/ pictures of broken products will not be accepted as delivery of damaged products from company’s end.
However, if the product is damaged/defected on delivery or the product does not match the one you have ordered please use the whatsapp chat on our website to contact us and provide details within 24 hrs of delivery of your order.
