1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Bulk or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.

Once processed, orders are handed over to our trusted courier and logistics partners.

 

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across PAN India.

For remote or service-restricted areas, delivery timelines may vary based on courier availability.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

Non-Metro Cities: 5–8 working days

Remote Locations: 7–10 working days

Delivery times may vary due to:

Location accessibility

Weather conditions

Public holidays

Courier operational delays

TWC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order has been dispatched.

 

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Additional charges may apply for bulk orders or special handling.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

A tracking ID will be shared via email and/or SMS.

Customers can track the shipment through the courier partner’s website.

If tracking details are not received within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our support team.

 

6. Failed Delivery & Reattempts

Delivery may fail due to:

Recipient unavailable

Courier may attempt re-delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

 

7. Risk & Ownership Transfer

Ownership and risk of damage pass to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If the package appears damaged upon delivery:

Do not accept the package

Immediately notify our support team with photos

 

8. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

For COD orders:

Customers must ensure availability at the time of delivery.

Repeated failed deliveries may result in cancellation of future COD eligibility.

 

9. Damaged or Missing Items

Missing items

Incorrect product received

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery with:

Order ID

Clear product photos

Unboxing video (if available)

Claims beyond this period may not be entertained.
